Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Kirsten Van Der Merwe. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

We provide Virtual Assistant services including but not limited to executive support, business administration, and project coordination. The specific services and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Service Agreements

All services are subject to a written agreement between Kirsten Van Der Merwe and the client. This agreement will specify the scope of work, fees, payment terms, and any other relevant details.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Monthly retainer packages are billed in advance at the beginning of each month
• Hourly services are invoiced monthly in arrears
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Any work completed during the notice period will be charged at the agreed rate. There are no cancellation fees.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your express permission, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all work product created for you as part of our services will be owned by you upon full payment. Any pre-existing materials or templates remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
