Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
Monthly retainer packages are billed at the beginning of each month. Hourly work is invoiced at the end of each month based on actual time worked.
What if I don't use all my hours?
Unused hours roll over to the following month, so you never lose the time you've paid for. Hours older than 60 days will expire.
Can I cancel or change my package?
Yes, you can change or cancel your package at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfers and all major credit/debit cards. Payment terms are typically net 14 days.
